Welcome to Health and Well-being. This part of our curriculum is designed to help pupils develop a strong foundation in physical health, mental and emotional well-being, and social skills. Through engaging activities and learning experiences, pupils will explore how to make healthy choices, manage emotions, build positive relationships, and develop resilience. By understanding how different aspects of health are interconnected, pupils will be better equipped to navigate life’s opportunities and challenges, growing into confident, caring individuals ready to lead fulfilling lives.
